Perfect hotel to stay if going to the Opera.
Great location as we came for the Opera.
The employees on reception were very professional and knowledgeable. The cafeteria employee were not in the same league, perhaps it wasn’t run by the hotel.

Good location, can walk to most things.
Hotel was in very good location, very close to Opera Metro. Breakfast was very good. A very good selection and caters for gluten free. Beds were comfy and close to restaurants and shops. Very near the Royal Palace and Opera house.
Guests should get a discount for Opera restaurant. Breakfast items for gluten free should be labelled.

Great for solo traveler
Location is amazing! Bathrooms are large and great shower w heated towel bar! I was provided w a kettle for tea which was awesome! Loved quiet side street it was on. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to everything i wanted to visit.
Servivar fridge did not work, i reported it and it took them two days to finally fix it. Room had no drawers for storing clothes , purchased a large double Room as I originally had another travel mate -was definitely NOT enough for two people and their luggage . Also, the bathroom didn’t have much room to put toiletries for one person, much less two.
